Placing an Order
When placing an order through our site please make sure that you are legally able to, that you are over the age of 18, and that you are the registered card holder. When you place an order, a contract is created that is binding and once accepted, we cannot be held responsible for any additional changes, if the job has commenced. Changes to the original specification of a contract after the work has commenced may be subject to modification costs. You will be notified of any extra costs before any new modifications take place.
Please note: No product is classed as a toy. We strongly recommend that any persons under the age of 16 do not use our products. We may use small parts that may at times come away from our products - making them not safe for children. If you pass on any of FunkyLaser Ltd's products to anyone under the age of 16 you are fully responsible for it's use. We highly recommend FunkyLaser Ltd’s products are for adult use only.
- All acrylics used for cake toppers have been tested and are classed as food safe.
- All jewellery findings used are advised to be lead and nickel free. If stated, necklaces are silver, gold, black, bronze, pink, blue and green plated.
- Earrings are created using stamped Silver Sterling posts.
Please note that dispatch times may take longer during busy periods, especially at Christmas. We make all products to order - please understand that most orders take up to 4 working days to produce - allow further time for the products to be delivered to you. You can pick the shipping method that suits you best at the checkout.
Duties and Taxes
The buyer is fully responsible for any duties / taxes that may be charged in their country of shipping. We cannot be held responsible for any external charges that may occur.
Returns & Cancelations
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled if products have already been produced. This is because these personalised products are made specifically to meet your needs and cannot be re-sold. Products are at your risk from the time of delivery and you will be responsible for the goods. You must check that they are kept safe and secure. Please see our product care page for helpful tips to look after your goods. If a "stock" (non - personalised) product is returned to us we will process the refund due to you within 30 working days. Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods (This right to cancel does not however apply to personalised items or items custom made to your specifications).
We do not offer a returns service, so when you exercise your right to cancel within the 14 day period, items must be sent by you via Royal Mail at your cost. If however your item is received faulty, we will refund (providing it is returned within 30 days and you have notified us within 24 hours of receiving your item) or exchange the product at no extra cost to you (we will pay the postage cost). Where faults are identified after 30 days you will only be entitled to a repair or replacement. You must obtain authorisation from us prior to returning items. Please notify us of any faults as soon as possible.
Please note, we will decline and cancel orders that we deem to have offensive wording. We love to personalise products for our customers but we also have a duty of care.
Prices & Payments
Prices may change at any time; this will not affect any orders that have already been paid for. Payment, for all orders must be paid by a Credit or Debit Card, PayPal or Mail Order. Cheques are made payable to FunkyLaser Ltd. All orders placed via www.funkylaser.com or by Invoice require full payment at the time of purchase prior to any work being carried out. Payment for goods shall be as specified, in the buying contract. All products shall not pass to the buyer until they have been paid for in full, unless supplied to a Limited company at FunkyLaser Ltd’s discretion.
Descriptions & Images
We do our best to detail all products as clearly and as closely as we can. We use photographed images of the product items as an example only. Some colours may vary due to stock levels, however we will always try to match them as closely as possible to the images on display.
Designs and Copyright
All text, graphic designs, images and photographs used on this website / through the design process by email may not be copied without prior permission in writing from FunkyLaser Limited.
We have the right to amend these terms and conditions. You will be subject to the T&C's placed at the time that you order from this site.
